About
After living in Payson for more than 5 years, Garrett and Brittany found themselves wishing there was a place that was inviting, comfortable, and unique, where they could go and feel "at home." With backgrounds in operations, event planning, food service, music, and art, they got the bug in their head that maybe they were the ones who could create such a place.
Born in 2024, The Center of the Universe is an idea that everyone is welcome, everything is okay, and that even a little coffee shop in Utah can be a special place because of the people we invite to share it with us.
At COTU we strive to source all our products from our community and do what we can to support local merchants and artists.

Are you interested in using the COTU Cafe space for a private event?
